1. License Grant

ReguLens AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy our compliance engine within your infrastructure for the purpose of scanning AWS and GCP environments that you are legally authorized to audit.

2. Professional Disclaimer

Note: ReguLens AI is a decision-support tool. While our AI identifies compliance gaps, the final responsibility for regulatory standing lies with the user. We are not a law firm.

3. Prohibited Use

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse-engineering the ONNX-based inference engine.
• Using the tool to scan third-party environments without explicit written consent.
• Bypassing licensing restrictions built into the Docker image.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReguLens AI be liable for data exfiltration resulting from existing cloud misconfigurations identified by the scanner. Our goal is to highlight risks so you can mitigate them before they are exploited.
